Our Commitment to You
At Qyrvexio Nyv, we believe education is an investment that should feel right. We've structured our refund policy to protect your interests while maintaining program integrity. This policy was last updated in February 2025 and applies to all enrollments starting March 2025.
We're transparent about what you can expect. Read through this document to understand exactly when refunds apply, how the process works, and what timelines you're looking at.
What's Your Situation?
Just Enrolled, Haven't Started
If you enrolled but the program hasn't started yet, you have options. Full refunds available up to 7 days before the official start date. After that window closes, we start preparing materials and reserving your spot, which involves costs we can't recover.
Started But Not Working Out
Within the first 14 days of program access, you can request a partial refund. We'll assess your engagement level and process accordingly. The more content you've accessed, the less refund amount applies since you've consumed that educational material.
Technical or Access Issues
If platform problems prevented you from accessing content, different rules apply. Document the issues and contact us immediately. We'll verify the technical problems on our end and work out a solution that's fair to everyone involved.
Life Got in the Way
Major life events happen. Medical emergencies, family crises, or unexpected job relocations might qualify for special consideration. We handle these case by case. Documentation usually helps, and we try to be understanding when circumstances are genuinely beyond your control.
Eligibility Scenarios Explained
Pre-Program Cancellation
Cancel more than 7 days before start: 100% refund. Cancel within 7 days of start: 50% refund to cover prep costs. Once the program begins, this window closes completely.
Early Program Exit
During days 1-7: 75% refund possible. During days 8-14: 50% refund if minimal content accessed. After day 14: no refunds, but you retain access through the original end date.
Platform Failure Situations
Documented outages lasting more than 48 hours may qualify for prorated refunds. Server issues on our end that block your learning get handled differently than personal tech problems on your side.
Program Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a program due to low enrollment or instructor issues, you get 100% back automatically. We've only done this twice since 2023, but the policy stands firm.
How to Request a Refund
Submit Your Request
Email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, enrollment date, program name, and reason for the refund. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can process things.
Initial Review Period
We'll acknowledge your request within 2 business days. Our team reviews your account activity, checks eligibility criteria, and determines the applicable refund amount based on the timing and circumstances you've outlined.
Decision and Communication
Within 5 business days, you'll receive our decision via email. If approved, we'll confirm the refund amount and expected processing timeline. If denied, we'll explain why and discuss alternative options like program transfers or extended access.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds return to your original payment method. Credit cards take 5-7 business days. Bank transfers take 7-10 business days. PayPal processes in 3-5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email once the refund actually goes through.
Common Questions About Specific Scenarios
Payment Plans and Installments
- If you're on a payment plan and request a refund, we calculate based on what you've paid so far, not the total program cost.
- Outstanding installments get canceled immediately upon refund approval, so you don't need to worry about future charges.
- Partial refunds on payment plans might mean you get nothing back if the refund amount equals or is less than what you still owe.
Bundle Programs and Multi-Course Purchases
- Bundle discounts complicate refunds. We recalculate individual course prices at full rate before determining what to refund.
- You can't get a partial refund for one course in a bundle while keeping the discount on others. It's all or nothing within the refund window.
- If you've completed any courses in the bundle, those get deducted at full price from your potential refund amount.
Certificate Programs with Exams
- Once you've taken a certification exam, that portion becomes non-refundable regardless of whether you passed or failed.
- If you haven't taken the exam yet, you can get a partial refund minus the exam registration fee we've already paid to the certification body.
- Study materials accessed before requesting a refund reduce the refund amount proportionally based on completion percentage.
Processing Timelines by Payment Method
Important Limitations and Exclusions
Downloaded materials like PDF guides, templates, or software remain non-refundable once you've accessed them. Digital goods can't be "returned" in the traditional sense.
One-on-one mentorship sessions already completed can't be refunded. If you've scheduled but not attended sessions, those might be eligible depending on cancellation notice given.
Third-party tools or software included in your program might have their own refund policies that we can't override. We'll help coordinate, but ultimately those vendors control their own terms.
Promotional or discounted enrollments might have modified refund terms specified at purchase. Always check your enrollment confirmation email for any special conditions.
After 30 days from program start, absolutely no refunds are possible regardless of circumstances. This hard deadline keeps our policies sustainable and fair to all students.
